Overview
Mr. Economides is the Founder & Managing Partner of the Firm and specialises in private equity deals and structuring and negotiation of cross border transactions. He also heads the Corporate Department of the firm and has extensive experience in the areas of local and international taxation, negotiating complex financial transactions, set-up of cross-border corporate structures, trusts, mergers and acquisitions, private collective investment schemes, joint ventures, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate re-organisations, receiverships / liquidations, financial transactions and derivative instruments.

The last 30 years Mr. Economides is managing his own law firm and has gain considerable experience in the areas of law he is practicing.

Overview
Mr. Papamichalopoulos is a Partner in our Firm and he is the Head of our Litigation Department. Mr. Papamichalopoulos has considerable experience in all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, mediation and arbitration as well as general banking and commercial dispute resolution. He has extensive experience of urgent applications for freezing injunctions and ancillary relief and in the recovery of assets. He is a tenacious litigator who gets the best out of his team for the benefit of the client.

Mr. Papamichalopoulos started his career in reputable law firms of the island and for more than 15 years now he is a partner in our firm.

Overview
Ms. Economides is the most recent member of the team. Through her employment at the European Commission Ms. Economides has gained a wide array of skills and knowledge, which are applied in the departments she is a part of. Ms. Economides is an integral part of the litigation department as well as the corporate one, managing a portfolio of clients and several corporate assignments.

Ms. Economides has previously worked in the European Commission in Brussels in the equality legislation unit. She has been a member of our firm since 2016.

FANOS CHRISTOFOROU

Overview
Mr. Christoforou is a legal advisor in relation to all cases and matters of Greek Law. Mr. Christoforou is in charge of advising and overviewing all procedures that are concerned with Greek Law.
Career
Mr. Christoforou was a lawyer in Athens for the past 37 years as well as being an advocate of the Supreme Court of Greece. During his career he has been an advisor of several companies and has completed multiple transactions in relation to real estate property.
